Return Policy

Returns are not accepted

- On pre-ordered products.

- On Sarees with fall, pico

- On Stitched attires like Dresses, Lehengas, Gowns, Indo-Western and Saree with Stitched Blouse etc.

- On any discounted products.

- On order which are based outside India.

- On shipment delays due to unavoidable circumstances like festivals, holidays, lockdowns, etc.

Cancellation of any confirmed unstitched product will be accepted only within 24 hours of order placed. This is because As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of finishing, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases.

Normally an order once placed cannot be cancelled but if it meets the above stated conditions, you can return it within 48 hours of the product being delivered. While processing a return, it's important to understand that the buyer will be responsible for covering unavoidable transaction charges, such as those pertaining to shopify server and payment gateway, and these charges are non-refundable. The customer is obliged to handle and incur the shipping expenses associated with product returns.

Once we receive the product, it goes under Quality Check. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated. You will get refund within 7 to 10 days.

-Invoice Number

-Product Code

-Reason for returning the product

-Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us.

We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
