1. Overview
You can update your shipping details up to 24 hours after the order's placement. We do free shipping all over India but in case of incomplete / invalid shipping address, customer has to bear shipping charges of both ways. We will resend the parcel once we receive correct address. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all shipping details are accurate prior to confirming your order.
While we make every effort to deliver the product to the address indicated on the order form with care, we want to clarify that we do not assume responsibility for any damage, loss, theft of packages, or compensation claims.
Despite our best efforts to meet the scheduled delivery date and time, it's important to note that any delays due to uncontrollable factors like festivals, holidays, weekends, lockdowns, etc and early deliveries for any reason will not grant the user the right to claim damages or seek compensation from us.. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically given with the product description.
2. Shipping To Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
3. International Shipment
For shipping services, we've partnered with DND Exim Group. Ensure you pay the shipping charges directly to our trusted partner.
International shipments are non-returnable.
Upon determining the package's volume and weight, our shipping partner will provide the accurate shipping charges.
